Systems Integrations & APIs
CRM, scheduling, payments, databases, and industry software engineered to exchange information automatically — monitored, maintained, and trusted.
Your software should exchange information without depending on someone remembering to move it. When your CRM, scheduling, payments, accounting, and website agree with each other automatically, an entire category of work — and an entire category of error — disappears.
The executive version
Every business runs on handoffs: a lead becomes a contact, a contact books an appointment, an appointment becomes an invoice, an invoice becomes revenue in a report. In an integrated business, each handoff happens by itself, instantly, every time. In a fragmented one, each handoff is a person — copying, exporting, re-keying — and every person-handoff is a place where speed, accuracy, and customers get lost.
Integration is the engineering discipline of removing those person-handoffs. Not with duct tape, but with connections built to be monitored, maintained, and trusted.
What we connect
CRM platforms, scheduling and booking systems, payment processors, accounting software, marketing platforms, databases, phone systems, industry-specific software, and the website itself. Where two products offer a native connection that genuinely works, we use it. Where they don’t, we engineer one.
The technical version
For the buyers who want the layer down: we work directly with REST and GraphQL APIs, webhooks, and event-driven architectures; we build middleware and custom connectors where platforms have none; we handle authentication (OAuth, API keys, token rotation), rate limits, retries and idempotency, error handling, and logging. Every integration ships with monitoring — because a silent failure in a data pipe is worse than a loud one.
Two principles govern the work. First, one system is designated the source of truth for each kind of record; everything else synchronizes against it. Second, an integration is a product, not a script: documented, monitored, and owned.
Signs you need this
- Anyone in the company maintains a spreadsheet that exists to reconcile two systems.
- Customer records disagree between platforms, and nobody is sure which is right.
- A subscription got bought specifically to work around another subscription.
- “We’d switch, but everything is wired into it” — the wiring nobody can draw.
Running a spa or wellness stack? We’ve drawn the common ones honestly — Boulevard, Mindbody, GoHighLevel, Mailchimp, and the seams between them — in the systems we work inside.
