Systems We Work Inside
Boulevard, Mindbody, GoHighLevel, Mailchimp — the tools your business already runs. We do not sell any of them. We make them work as one system.
Walk into almost any well-run spa or wellness business and you’ll find a version of the same stack: a booking platform at the desk, a marketing platform running funnels and follow‑up, an email platform in the inbox, and a website out front. Every one of those tools works. The system they were supposed to add up to usually doesn’t exist.
You don’t have a software problem
Each of these platforms was a reasonable purchase, made at a reasonable moment, for a reasonable price. Nobody chose fragmentation. But nobody chose an architecture either — and so the connective tissue between the tools quietly became your staff: exporting lists, re‑keying client details, reconciling numbers that should have agreed in the first place.
The components are fine. What’s missing is the system. That’s the part we engineer.
Independence, stated plainly
Horizon System Automations holds no reseller agreements, collects no commissions, and has no preferred vendor. We don’t profit when you buy software, switch software, or keep software. That independence matters, because every platform’s own website will tell you it integrates with everything. The only party who can honestly describe the seams between tools is one who doesn’t sell any of them.
So each page in this section does three things: says what the platform is genuinely good at, names the seams where it goes quiet, and shows what we engineer around it.
Two stacks, drawn honestly
Most of the businesses we meet run one of two versions of the same architecture — Boulevard with GoHighLevel and Mailchimp, or Mindbody with GoHighLevel and Mailchimp. On those pages we follow a single client booking through the whole stack, step by step, and mark exactly where it leaks. If you run one of these stacks, start there; it will read like your own front desk.
