What we collect, how we use it, and how to have it removed.
The short version: we collect what you send us through the assessment form, we use it to reply to you, and we don’t sell it to anyone.
What we collect
When you submit the assessment form we receive what you type: name, company, contact details, and your description of the systems involved. Standard server logs record technical basics (IP address, pages requested). If analytics is enabled, it measures page usage in aggregate.
How we use it
Form submissions are used to respond to your inquiry and, if we work together, to prepare for that work. They are stored in this site’s CMS and delivered to our email. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their marketing.
Retention & requests
We keep inquiry records for as long as they are commercially relevant. To have your information corrected or deleted, email us and we will do it.
